Tuesday & Thursday  10 - 4  Wednesday 10-5

Friday 10-6  Saturday 10 - 5

***Deposit Required***New Clients scheduling an appointment will be required to pay a deposit. If the deposit is not received in a timely manner the appointment will be declined allowing for others to schedule. The deposit is non refundable and non transferable unless 24 hours is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This includes clients who have not been seen in more than a year.

Studio Policy For safety and insurance reasons, absolutely no children under the age of 13 at any time, no exceptions.
 

Cancellation Policy I  understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will  be charged the full amount of your canceled appointment. This amount will be due immediately.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment, due immediately, and will be required to pre pay for your next appointment. New Clients who are 10 minutes late without notification will be marked as a "no-show".

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Without notification, 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be marked as a no show.  Out of respect and consideration, please plan accordingly and be on time.

*24 hour notification is required should you have any issues with your lash extensions. This is important so that any issues may be assessed and dealt with quickly.
